This is much softer than the towels i'd bought from mothercareit has two different sides - one is fluffy and one is microfibre. The fluffy side doesn't seem to be at all absorbent which surely defeats the purpose of the towel?- so we always use the microfibre side. I still use it over the other towels though as it feels very snuggly.
Use the microfibre side when he first comes out of bath then super soft side to finish rubbing him down. Sad my little one is just outgrowing it now at 10 months :(.
